Returns and Refunds Policy
Thank you for choosing Gold King Bullion for your precious metals needs. We strive to provide you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return a product or request a refund. Please review our policy below for more information on returns and refunds.Returns
- Eligibility: We accept returns on eligible products within 5 days of the received date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@goldkingbullion.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have received your RMA number, please securely package the item and include the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.
- Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, less a 15% restocking fee, within 14 business days.
Refunds
- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, whether through a replacement, exchange, or refund.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:
- Products that have been customized or engraved.
- Bullion bars or coins that have been removed from their original packaging.
- Products that have been tampered with or mishandled.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
